GoodLife Foods acquires croquette specialist TNS Food

TNS Food, the Belgian specialist in frozen croquettes, oven snacks and snacks, will be owned by GoodLife Foods, the owner of snack brands such as Bicky, Mexicano and van Oers.

Innovative DNA

TNS Food, founded in 2000 by Daphne Aers, specialises in high-quality croquettes, oven snacks and meal components. Its products are marketed under private labels in retail and foodservice, mainly in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and the UK. The company has 20 employees and two branches in Eeklo and Lokeren.

GoodLife Foods is now acquiring the company and founder Daphne Aers will join the group. An important step in terms of product offering and innovativeness, says CEO Dirk Van de Walle: “With the unique 100% full oven production technology and its innovative DNA, TNS Food will add great value to the GoodLife Foods Group. We look forward to the collaboration with Daphne Aers to further strengthen our portfolio”.
