Shein is finally set to go public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the 1st of September. The online retailer aims to raise up to 1.5 billion euros, but will have to settle for a valuation that is nearly 70% below its peak four years ago.
Growth also plummeting in Europe
Shein is offering 280 million shares at a price of 47.60 to 49.50 Hong Kong dollars (about 5.18 to 5.39 euros) per share, which would value the company at nearly 23 billion euros. The final offering price will be announced on August 31, and trading will begin the following day.
