Frifri owner acquires Magimix

The French-Belgian Lavafields Group, owner of brands such as Riviera&Bar, Frifri, and Siméo, has completed its acquisition of French company Magimix. Less than a month after the start of exclusive negotiations, the deal has already been finalized.

Development and design

The acquisition of Magimix, best known for its food processors and blenders, is, according to Lavafields, an important step in the small household appliances sector. The company distributes not only its own brands, but also licensed brands such as Bissell, Mill, and Nivona.
