Amazon creates 3D smartphone

Amazon has been broadening its hardware reach, with the results now slowly surfacing with its recently-announced set-top box Fire TV which will give customers access to several streaming services. It is also working on a music streaming service.

The Amazon smartphone rumour has been around for quite a while, but was vehemently denied as Amazon believed it to be a saturated market. Now that it has decided to enter the market anyway, it hopes to stand out with its 3D technology. It is unclear how much the smartphone would cost.
