The Belgian pharmacy group Multipharma achieved impressive growth in 2024, even without the acquisition of the Goed pharmacies. However, net profits halved due to significant investments, including in IT and supply chain.
Pre-acquisition costs
Multipharma once again achieved a turnover of more than half a billion euros last year. With an increase of 6.3% to 549.7 million euros in turnover, the group accounted for 5% of the market share. However, net profit halved to 4.2 million euros, or 0.8% of turnover – the lowest result since 2017.
