Broeklin Brussels reveals first tenant’s name

Broeklin Brussels has secured its first retailer. The French fashion chain Celio has signed on for the former Uplace project in Machelen, which is now targeting an opening in the fall of 2029.

The commercial mix at Broeklin is beginning to take shape. Celio is the first retail chain to confirm its participation in the large-scale project in Machelen. The French fashion brand operates more than 1,000 stores worldwide and sells basics, smart-casual fashion, and casual wear for men.
