Management buy-out at Prénatal: CEO is new owner

Prénatal is getting a new owner: CEO Jochem van Bueren is acquiring all shares in the Dutch maternity and children’s specialty retailer from the German investor Mutares.

With this acquisition, Van Bueren becomes the sole owner of Prénatal. He will also remain as CEO. According to the company, there will be few changes to day-to-day operations: the current management, teams, and partnerships will remain in place. This was reported by the trade publication M&A. Financial details have not been disclosed.
