Smyths Toys launches Belgian online store

In the run-up to the opening of its first brick-and-mortar store in Belgium, Smyths Toys, the Irish toy giant, has already launched its Belgian online store. A launch promotion is running through September 6.

The Irish toy chain, which quietly established a Belgian subsidiary earlier this year and will soon open its first store at the City Nord retail park in Gosselies, near Charleroi, has just launched its Belgian online store, which is available in both French and Dutch.

While waiting to visit a store, customers can explore the product range and place their first orders. As part of the launch promotion, Smyths Toys is offering a 10-euro discount on purchases of 50 euros or more. Shipping is free on orders of 25 euros or more.

Observers are looking forward to the arrival of Smyths Toys, which is, after all, one of the largest toy retailers in Europe, with a strong presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, and, since 2023, the Netherlands, where the chain now has eight stores.
