Chinese gadget chain Miniso continues to take the world by storm

Miniso increased its revenue by 22.4% in the first half of the year, driven by strong growth in China as well as overseas. The popular Chinese gadget and toy chain now has 8,674 stores worldwide.

China sets the tone

In the six months through June 30, revenue totaled 11.5 billion Chinese yuan (approximately 1.56 billion euros). In the second quarter, revenue rose 17% to 5.81 billion yuan (790 million euros).
