Holie’s in France, XXL Nutrition at Delhaize: Dutch food brands venture abroad

Innovative Dutch food brands are crossing the border: XXL Nutrition is securing a permanent spot in Delhaize’s supplier network, while breakfast cereal brand Holie’s is simultaneously strengthening its position in Belgium and expanding into thousands of French stores through Carrefour.

Official supplier status

For XXL Nutrition, a new agreement with Delhaize opens the door to a larger share of the Belgian market. The chain has recognized the North Brabant-based sports nutrition brand as a regular supplier, making it easier for the brand to approach franchisees. A selection of protein-rich snacks, protein bars, and supplements is already available in some stores.
