The European Commission accuses Temu of failing to cooperate sufficiently during an unannounced inspection at its European headquarters in Dublin. The Chinese platform disputes the findings and is, in the meantime, trying to establish a stronger foothold among European retailers.

The European Commission has formally accused Temu of failing to cooperate during a raid on the online retailer’s European headquarters in Dublin. Inspectors searched the office from 2 through 5 December as part of an investigation into potentially market-distorting foreign subsidies.
