Retail alliance EMD (Colruyt, Superunie) loses German member RTG to Carrefour World Trade

The German purchasing cooperative RTG, which includes Tegut, Globus, and Rossmann, is leaving the European retail alliance EMD—whose members include Colruyt and Superunie—to negotiate international “on top” terms through Carrefour World Trade.

RTG has announced that it will leave EMD as of December 31, 2026: the purchasing group is switching to Carrefour World Trade (CWT) to negotiate international on-top terms with major suppliers.
