2,000 jobs saved
Colruyt found buyers for 100 of its 105 stores in France: 81 supermarkets and 44 gas stations went to Groupement Mousquetaires (the group behind Intermarché and Netto), while other stores were taken over by E.Leclerc, Coopérative U, and Carrefour. This saved more than 2,000 jobs.
