City2

City2, the indoor shopping center in Brussels’ Rue Neuve, welcomed more than 13.3 million visitors last year. The shopping center boasts an occupancy rate of 100%.

Slight decline

The shopping center did experience a slight decline in visitor numbers in 2025: in the record year of 2024, 13.65 million shoppers visited the center. Nevertheless, City2 is delighted that the symbolic milestone of 13 million has been exceeded once again.

The shopping center is now 100% leased, which demonstrates the attractiveness of this urban shopping destination. Soon, new names such as Yatta, Celini, and Fram will further strengthen the retail mix, the company reports on LinkedIn.

It is also noteworthy that the shopping center’s reception desk handled more than 16,000 Vinted Go parcels and 11,500 UPS parcels last year.
