Dia opened 94 new Spanish stores in 2025

Dia is accelerating its “Creciendo cada día” strategy, which focuses on growth in proximity stores and a faster omnichannel experience. In 2025, the retailer has opened 94 stores in Spain.

Four pillars

The strategic plan is based on four pillars: winning customers with a distinctive omnichannel proposition, growing profitably, strengthening a winning foundation, and making the value of the company visible. In 2025, Dia opened 94 stores throughout Spain, half more than it had set out to do.
