Computer manufacturer Acer has appointed Bart Janssen as its new country manager for Benelux, succeeding Marc Pauly. Previously, he was the company’s product business unit head for the Benelux.
With Acer for more than 10 years
Before that, he was consumer division manager for the Benelux and he was sales manager for Dutch retail for 7 years as well. He has been with Acer since 2005, according to Dutch IT-channel.
Marc Pauly has been with Acer for a long time, as its country manager for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg for 12 years, which is why Acer wants to thank him for his contribution in helping the brand grow in the region.
Acer has been through a difficult 2015, as its lower sales have pushed it out of the top 5 brands (market share-wise), leaving its fifth place to American Apple.
