Two years of service
The American joined the Supervisory Board on 12 April 2023, replacing Bala Subramanian, and was appointed Vice Chair this May. She previously worked at hotel group Hyatt, carmaker Volvo and McDonald’s, each time in high-level roles in the digital sector. She is and remains a director at Extra Space Storage and Neighborly.
In a summary press release, Peter Agnefjäll, outgoing chairman of the Supervisory Board, said he is “grateful for Julia’s valuable contributions.” Agnefjäll will also leave the Board on 1 October.
