  • An De Volder
  • Suzan Dindo
  • Annemie Huenaerts
  • Nathan Huybrechts

As An De Volder, General Manager Mars Belgium, takes up a global role at Mars, she will be succeeded by three managers who will each lead a division. This way, the multinational aims to better capitalise on its category expertise.

New structure

De Volder had been at the helm at Mars in Belgium since 2021, and two years later she added Austria and Switzerland to her responsibilities. Now she is taking a new step in her career, filling the global role of ‘Director Mars Wrigley International Travel Retail’. In this role, she will lead a global team that is responsible for Mars Wrigley operations at international travel sites such as airports and cruise ships.

Her departure sets in motion the creation of a new structure in Belgium: with a Country Lead for each division, Mars Belgium aims to optimise category expertise and respond to the changing needs of consumers, with a focus on innovation:

  • Suzan Dindo will lead the ‘Mars Snacking’ division. She has held executive positions within sales, marketing and distribution since 2015. Most recently, she was Strategy & Operational Planning Manager at Mars Wrigley France.
  • Annemie Huenaerts will lead ‘Mars Pet Nutrition’. She started her career at Mars in 2006 and has held various commercial and strategic positions since then.
  • Nathan Huybrechts will become the new Business Development Lead Food & Nutrition. He started his career at Mars in 2017, then worked at Mars Pet Nutrition in the United Kingdom. He returned home in 2021 and is Sales Director Food.
