Currently, RetailDetail is on a RetailHunt in Seoul with more than fifty participants, all of them high-level retail executives. Next year’s trip – from 8 to 15 June – will go to Singapore, a compact, populous city-state with a dynamic free-market economy, an affluent population with high purchasing power, a vibrant fin-tech sector and a lively retail scene.

Despite a lack of space and resources, Singapore managed to rise to become the fourth richest country in the world, thanks to an efficient government and a favourable fiscal and financial environment. Everything moves twice as fast here as elsewhere: so do trends in retail and technology. Not coincidentally, Singapore was the very first country in the world to approve the commercialisation of cultured meat. We will taste that on the spot.

Asia’s biggest retail event

The RetailHunt Singapore coincides with NRF 2024 Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific: the Asia Pacific’s premier retail event will take place in Singapore for the first time from 11 to 13 June 2024. Retail professionals from all over the world gather here during three days, on a congress with top-notch speakers, an all-encompassing exposition showcasing the latest retail solutions, an Innovation Lab and a Startup Zone with breakthrough technologies.
