New keynote speakers at RetailDetail Night: Albert Heijn, INNO and Neuhaus

General2 November, 2021

With Albert Heijn, INNO and Neuhaus, we are adding three fine names to the programme of the RetailDetail Night, the retail sector’s end-of-year event, which will take place on 25 November.

Repositioning

Raf Van den Heuvel, General Manager Albert Heijn Belgium, will give a keynote presentation during the evening programme of the RetailDetail Night on 25 November. The top man has a lot to say: the retailer is continuing its Belgian expansion, both online and offline. Last week, the chain opened its 65th Flemish shop, which with its 3,500 m² is also the largest in the country.

Also on the programme that evening: CEO Armin Devender and marketing director Elly Zwinnen of INNO. The department store chain is carrying out a strategic repositioning, which in time will involve renovating all of its shops. The name is again shortened to INNO and the opening of an online market place heralds a new step in digitalisation.

Afternoon sessions

Chocolate manufacturer Neuhaus did suffer from the corona crisis, but is maintaining its belief in the future: the brand will continue to open shops and develop online activities. Marketing director Tim Kamanayo and e-commerce manager Kelly Notterdam will tell you more about this in the afternoon session GameChangers, where speakers from Trendwolves, The Guest, D’Ieteren and Delhaize will also be present.

During the afternoon session The Future of Food, co-author Jorg Snoeck will officially present the book of the same name. All participants will receive a copy. Speakers from Hopr, Deliveroo, Casper and Tiqah will give their vision of the food retail of tomorrow.

Finally, the Consumer Activation Forum with BD myShop brings marketing specialists from FINN, Profacts, Pocket Marketing and Callebaut Collective to the stage and searches for the ‘Best Brochure of the Year’.

The programme of the RetailDetail Night is now as good as complete: the very last names will be announced next week. Through this link you can find more details about the programme and you can order tickets.
