Amsterdam Produce Summit – Retail Strategies: Seizing Success in The OmniChannel Future

iconFood23 October, 2018

(advertorial) Amsterdam Produce Summit 2018 to address brave, new world of omni-channel retailing for fresh produce supply chain.

International experts

The Amsterdam Produce Summit, presented by Produce Business magazine, will unlock the power of omni-channel retailing for the fresh fruit and vegetable business, via an outstanding and unmissable speaker line-up of international retailers and experts set to deliver never-seen-before presentations. The three-day, highly focused event will be held at the beautiful Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on November 12-14, 2018.

A limited number of key thought-leaders and influencers from the global fresh produce, retail and foodservice industries will discover how to position their business, remain relevant and seize success in the wake of the opportunities and challenges presented by omni-channel retailing.

The battle for frequency

Addressing one of the hottest topics shaping current and future sales of fresh fruits and vegetables worldwide, attendees will learn how retailers can use fresh produce to optimise their omni-channel efforts, and how the produce supply chain can position itself to profit in this rapidly evolving retail landscape.

Jim Prevor, Produce Business CEO, explains: “Food capture omni-channel shoppers, and smart supermarket operators are seeing new ways to increase revenue and store visits per customer through delivery, click-and-collect, and yet-to-be-seen ways to build sales. Research shows that retailers winning the battle for frequency are the ones that will succeed. And fresh food purchases are the key to that frequency! The Amsterdam Produce Summit is the exclusive opportunity to dig deep on the role that you, your organisation and the whole fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain will play in the success of omni-channel retailing.”

Via a conference programme titled, ‘Retail Strategies: Seizing Success in the Omni-Channel Future’, attendees will hear unique insight from the best and brightest speakers from all corners of the globe. Confirmed speakers include:
