Online search engine MediaSpecs has expanded into the French market. The Belgian tool will now offer French media and communication specialists information about the entire media and advertising landscape in a few clicks of the mouse.
Information about 3,000 French media
MediaSpecs.fr is already available, but the database is continuously being expanded. Nevertheless, it already contains actual information on more than 3,000 French media, on national, regional and local levels.
The database entails magazines, specialized literature, dailies, regional press, out-of-home, bill-boarding, digital media (sites and mobile applications), radio and television. A group of editors will continuously keep the database up-to-date, while expanding its reach.
Find their way through a complex media landscape
“Our subscribers use the MediaSpecs database to find their way through an increasingly complex media landscape. When drawing up media plans or press lists, media specialists want a clear overview of all media and to see how they create their campaigns”, CEO Bart Kuypers said.
“The user can find information based on medium, sector, target group or theme to find their specific media sources. Plenty of Belgian specialists have shown their appreciation for the MediaSpecs platform and we hope to do the same for France with MediaSpecs.fr”, he feels.
MediaSpecs.fr is a MediaSpecs Belgium subsidiary. The Belgian company works for all media agencies, a large clientele of advertising and PR agencies and advertisers in Belgium. It has a licence agreement with Retriever to operate the media database application.
