Colruyt embarks on 6.2 million euro training program

Colruyt Group has devised a strategic training program to boost the number of people capable of filling leadership positions, a program which will cost 6.2 million euro.

The Colruyt Group has stated that it needs more people with leadership capabilities, because otherwise the "durable growth of the company will be pressurized".
