Large part of living boulevards deemed superfluous

Researches of Dutch universitiy TU Delft have found that there are way too many 'living boulevards' in the Netherlands and that only a third would suffice to meet demand. Currently, the Netherlands has 135 of those areas with a high concentration of furniture stores, while only some 40 are needed to service the 16 million inhabitants.
