Belgian property repositioning company Banimmo has sold a retail complex of 2,290 m² near Orléans (France) for 2.65 million euro. The Centre Commercial Cap Saran “didn't meet the investment-criteria of Banimmo any more” because of its size and typology.
The complex consists of three retail spaces on the ground floor and is located to the north of Orléans, between the motorway A10 and the trunk road N20 (both Paris-Orléans).
Banimmo is active in Belgium, Luxembourg and France in the domains of renovating under-valued or obsolete office buildings, shopping centres and exhibition centres. The company employs 30 people and has invested in 27 properties for a total value of 414 million euro. With 65%, its home country Belgium is its most important market.
