Lidl is looking for a formula manager, for the first time since 1997, in the Netherlands. He or she will have to develop and expand an improved store formula.

An increasing number of Dutch customers uses Lidl as its primary supermarket and its formula manager has to make the stores feel more like Dutch stores.
