Fashion retailers fight sample sales stores

Fashion retailers have united to fight off sample sales stores (vliegwinkels), which sell supplies at dumping prices. They cannot get a prohibition, so they will use every possible form of proceedings.

These 'sample sales stores', where stores use a temporary space to sell off stock at bargain prices, are affecting retailers' sales and that is why these retailers want to use the full extent of their legal options to fight these stores.
