Following a new investment, H&M Group has acquired a majority stake in re-commerce platform Sellpy. The investment should support the platform's expansion abroad, as well as fitting in with H&M's objective of becoming more sustainable.
FNG, the parent company of Miss Etam and Claudia Sträter, among others, is restructuring its Dutch head office organisation, resulting in the loss of 50 jobs. At the same time, the company has announced the appointment of Richard Turk as the Managing Director for FNG Netherlands.
