Belgian electonics chain Krëfel has opened its newest store in Evere, the first store in Brussels based on a new store concept built around several new technologies. The store will replace the older one in Schaarbeek and will use things like a Smartbox with tablets to find information.

French electronics retailer Fnac Darty has set up a purchase alliance with competitor MediaMarkt Saturn. Both companies will buy together when it comes to the European retail market.
