Dutch Hema's suppliers demand that Hema reinstates its previous conditions for delivery instead of its stricter rules now. If it does not, the suppliers will head to court.

Hema had given its suppliers new rules to abide by, but they were very one-sided and now several suppliers want Hema to back down again.
